Jason Tedeschi

Jason joined Digital Fuel Capital in 2025 and is responsible for investment execution and portfolio company support. Previously, he was a Vice President at Wincove Private Holdings, a private investment holding firm, where he was responsible for evaluating, structuring and executing investments in middle market and growth companies across various industries. Prior to that, he was a Senior Associate at PSG, a growth equity firm, for two years. Jason also previously worked in Corporate Development at Wayfair and in technology investment banking at Cowen & Company. He received an M.B.A. from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a B.A. from Trinity College.
